Hello. Today I'm going to tell you about body scrubbing treatment. First, lay the client down on the stomach and cover him/her up. Then wash your hands. It is very important to wash your hands in the presence of the client, who should hear that. Do not start the treatment immediately after uncovering the client so as not to frighten her/him. It is best to give an introductory massage at the beginning of the treatment to get the client accustomed to you. Next, uncover part of the body, starting with the legs. If the leg is too far from you, take the client's leg by the ankle, bend it over the knee and bring it closer to yourself. Take the scrub and spread it on your hands, then on the exposed part of the client's body. Begin the scrubbing. Some stroking, rubbing and kneading movements are suitable for scrubbing. Avoid touching the inner thigh when scrubbing the legs. Starting at the bottom of the leg, slowly move towards the outer thigh. Move on to the soles. Before touching the soles, ask the client if he/she is afraid of the tickling of the feet. The scrubbing of the soles should be done applying a firm, deep motion. Once the first leg has been scrubbed, cover it and move on to the next leg. Scrub it in the same way. Having finished scrubbing the legs, move on to the back. The movements on the back will be done from the centre to the sides and from the bottom to the top, following the direction of the lymphatic flow. From the standing position, try to cover as much area as possible. cover the shoulders and move on to the arms. Scrub the hand, the fingers. During the scrubbing, the movements are more superficial, as this is a treatment for the surface of the skin. When the back and both arms have been scrubbed, cover the client, pull the scrub container off the couch and ask the client to turn over, lifting the top of the sheet and pressing it against the couch with your side. Place a folded towel under the client's head to prevent his/her head from falling into the hole in the couch. Start again with the leg. If necessary, kneel closer to yourself. Take the scrub, spread it on our hands as well as on the exposed part of the client's body and start scrubbing. Always keep the scrub in the middle, between the client's legs, as this is the safest area. When scrubbing the leg, do not forget the top of the foot, the toes and the ankle. Use a pincer alternating movement, a wide stroking motion. It is not appropriate to use movements on the dorsal side of the palm, such as smoothing, combing, and movements on the outer edge of the palm, such as the cutting movement. Try to perform the movements on as large an area of your palm as possible. When you have finished scrubbing the leg, cover it and move on to the next leg, scrubbing it in the same way. Having finished, move on to the upper body. You can start scrubbing both the abdomen and the arms. In this case, start with the arm. Spread the scrub and exfoliate the hand, the fingers and work your way up towards the shoulder, keeping the shoulder in mind. After having finished scrubbing one arm, move on to the other and finally to the abdomen. First, place the medium-sized towel on the chest area, holding the top of the towel, and pulling the sheet from the bottom. The abdomen will be exposed up to the upper spines of the ilium. Scrub the abdomen clockwise, as this is the direction of digestion, and laterally from the centre to the ribs. Having finished scrubbing the abdomen, cover the abdomen and move on to the décolleté. The décolleté is a sensitive area, which is classified as a facial area, therefore, we will not be using any additional scrub, just what is left on our hands will be sufficient.

Sveiki. Šiandien Jums papasakosiu apie kūno odos šveitimą. Pirmiausia, pasiguldome klientą ant pilvo ir jį užklojame. Po to einame plauti savo rankų. Labai svarbu plauti rankas prie kliento, jam girdint. Procedūrą pradedame ne iš karto atklojant klientą, kad jo neišgąsdintume. Geriausia, pradžioje procedūros atlikti įžanginį masažą, kad klientas prie mūsų priprastų. Toliau atsiklojame dalį kūno - pirmiausia pradedame nuo kojų. Jei koja yra per toli nuo Jūsų, paimame kliento koją už čiurnos, lenkiame ją per kelį ir atsikeliame arčiau savęs. Imame šveitiklį ir pasiskirstome jį ant savo rankų, toliau - ant kliento kūno atsidengtos dalies. Pradedame šveitimą. Šveitimui tinka kai kurie glostymo, trynimo, maigymo judesiai. Šveisdami kojas vengiame liesti vidinę šlaunies pusę. Nuo pakinklio po truputį slenkam išorinės šlaunies pusės link. Pereiname prie padų. Prieš liečiant padus, atsiklausiame kliento, ar jis nebijo pėdų kutenimo. Pado šveitimas turėtų būti atliekamas tvirtu, gilesniu judesiu. Baigę šveisti pirmąją koją, ją užklojame ir pereiname prie kitos kojos. Ją nušveičiame analogiškai. Baigę šveisti kojas pereiname prie nugaros. Judesiai ant nugaros bus atliekami nuo centro į šonus ir iš apačios į viršų - pagal limfos tekėjimo kryptį. Iš mūsų stovimos padėties stengiamės apimti kuo didesnį plotą. Apimsime ir pečius ir pereisime prie rankų. Šveičiame plaštaką, pirštus. Šveitimo metu judesiai atliekami labiau paviršiniai, nes tai yra procedūra, skirta odos paviršiui. Pabaigę šveisti nugarą ir abi rankas užklojame klientą, nuo kušetės patraukiame indą su šveitikliu ir paprašome kliento apsiversti, pakeliant paklodės viršų, o su savo šonu prispaudžiant ją prie kušetės. Klientui po galva padedame sulankstytą rankšluostį, kad jo galva nekristų į kušetės skylę. Vėl pradedame nuo kojos. Jei reikia atsikeliam arčiau savęs. Imame šveitiklį, pasiskirstome jį ant rankų ir atsidengtos kliento kūno dalies ir pradedame šveisti. Šveitiklį laikome visada per vidurį, tarp kliento kojų, kadangi tai yra saugiausia zona. Šveisdami koją nepamirštame pėdos viršutinės dalies, pirštakaulių, čiurnos. Naudojame žnyplinį pakaitinį judesį, platų glostymą. Netikslinga judesius šveitimo metu atlikti nugarine delno puse, pavyzdžiui, lyginimą, briauninį šukuotinį judesius, taip pat netikslinga taikyti judesius atliekamus delno išorine briauna, pavyzdžiui, pjovimo judesį. Stengiamės judesius atlikti kuo didesniu delno plotu. Baigę šveisti koją, ją uždengiame ir pereiname prie kitos kojos, ją šveičiame analogiškai. Baigę einame prie viršutinės kūno dalies. Galima pradėti šveisti tiek nuo pilvo, tiek nuo rankų. Šiuo atveju pradedame nuo rankos. Pasiskirstome šveitiklį ir šveičiame plaštaką, pirštus ir kylam aukštyn peties link, nepamirštam peties. Pabaigę šveisti vieną ranką, einame prie kitos ir galiausiai pereisime prie pilvo. Pirmiausia krūtinės zonoje dėsime vidutinio dydžio rankšluostį, prilaikant jo viršų, iš apačios ištrauksime paklodę. Pilvą atsidengsime iki klubakaulių viršutinių dyglių. Pilvą šveisime pagal laikrodžio rodyklę, kadangi tokia kryptimi vyksta virškinimas, ir nuo centro į šonus šonkaulių srityse. Baigę šveisti pilvą jį užsiklosime ir pereisime prie dekoltė. Dekoltė yra jautri zona, priskiriama veido zonai, todėl papildomai šveitiklio nebeimsime, užteks to, kas liko ant rankų.
