Explanatory and demonstrative video of the procedures during an anti-cellulite massage of the lower limbs of the ventral ulna. All movements to be made are described and explained and all procedures are shown through recording. Tips and advice are being given throughout the demonstration of treatment.

Steps for an anti-cellulite massage of the lower limbs of the ventral ulna:

General outcrop, leg and thigh; slip to inguinal; back down and work foot.
Circulatory massage and relaxation movements in the leg and thigh.
Foot massage.
Unblock of the saphenous vein.
Movement with the digital pulps, in small circles, all the way through the limb to the inguinal zone.
Leg warm-up.
General outcrop, leg, thigh, slip to inguinal.
Lifting the leg and relaxing; make the twin's relaxed.
Make the separation of the twin with the thumbs, make a fan movement, lower the leg gently and follow with the foot massage.
General outcrop leg, thigh and gluteus. Slide to the gluteus area with the forearms at the top.
Thigh warm-up; thigh twist. Smashing on 3 lines and then crushing or emptying.
Hand tapote (Hand in shell), hammered. Gluteus lifting, hand beforehand. And nodular stories in the upward direction. Hammered on the gluteus, general outcrop with vibration and ends in the foot.

Todos os movimentos a serem feitos são descritos e explicados e todos os procedimentos são mostrados através da gravação. Passos para uma massagem anti-celulítica dos membros inferiores do cúbito ventral:

Afloramento geral, perna e coxa; deslizamento até à inguinal; volta a descer e trabalha pé.
Movimentos de massagem circulatórios e de relaxe na perna e na coxa.
Massagem do pé.
Desbloqueio da safena.
Movimento com as polpas digitais, em pequenos círculos, por todo o membro até à zona inguinal.
Aquecimento da perna.
Afloramento geral, perna, coxa, deslizamento até à inguinal.
Levantamento da perna e relaxe; fazer a descontração do gémeo.
Fazer a separação do gémeo com os polegares, fazer um movimento em leque, baixamos a perna suavemente e seguimos com a massagem do pé.
Afloramento geral perna, coxa e glúteo. Deslizamento até à zona do glúteo com os antebraços na parte superior.
Aquecimento da coxa; torção da coxa. Amassamento em 3 linhas e depois esmagamento ou esvaziamento.
Tapote mão (Mão em concha), marteladas. Levantamento do glúteo, mão antemão. E nodulares em sentido ascendente. Marteladas no glúteo, afloramento geral com vibração e termina no pé.
